Kiiminki BESS park
Kiiminki Battery Energy Storage park is under construction project located in City of Oulu, specifically Kiiminki district. The park is connected to a nearby Hakomäki power station using 20 kV voltage.
Currently the park area is covered with forest with actual ground works will commence in September 2025.
Commercial operation of the plant will commence January 2026.
