Enetron Park has reached an agreement with Fingrid for connecting the Uusnivala power plant to the national grid. The connection agreement was signed on April 29, 2025.

According to the connection agreement between Fingrid and Enetron Park, the project will be connected to the grid in two phases: 65 MW within approximately 18 months and 60 MW in 2028. With the agreed connection capacities, the Uusnivala battery storage facility will be the largest single battery storage system in the Nordic countries.
