Municipal board has approved a zoning initiative made by Enetron Park regarding the Pyhäjoki grand project. Little information of the project had been disclosed prior to this but due to initiative being approved, the project and its key figures are now publicly announced.

The project is 14th consecutive for Enetron Park and its project scope exceeds that of any of the previous projects. To support the new demands Enetron Park has strenghtened its team with an experienced project developer Tuula Papula who will act as a project coordinator for the project. In addition, Enetron Park has acquired new talent in the fields of environmental, zoning and engineering matters. Currently 6 people are working in the project organisation and the number is planned to exceed 10 by the end of 2026.

Pyhäjoki grand project is 250 MW computing power data center and energy campus project which – along with ”traditional” data center dimension will include co-operative power production and energy storage solutions.

Environmental assesment studies of the project will take place during winter 2026-2027 and the first zoning drafts will be visible for the public early 2027. If the projects proceeds according to schedule, the actual construction works could start early 2028.
