Our Honkakero project in Kemijärvi has been granted a building permit. A 10 MW energy storage facility will be constructed on the site and connected to the Koillis-Lapin Sähkö’s substation. This is a significant investment in the region’s electricity infrastructure and will enhance the reliability and flexibility of the local power grid. The battery storage system will support the efficient use of renewable energy and help stabilize electricity distribution.
