Enetron Park’s Lapland Portfolio Opens Investment Round for Direct Ownership in Battery Storage Plants

Enetron Park has launched an investment round offering investors the opportunity to become direct owners in battery energy storage plants through equity-based investments.

Historically, the construction and ownership of battery storage and other critical energy infrastructure has been dominated by institutional investors and companies with monopoly positions. While indirect investment via infrastructure funds has been possible, opportunities for direct ownership have remained rare.

This funding round supports a joint portfolio of three battery plants: Honkakero, Isokero, and Pelkosenniemi. The round began in April 2025 and is expected to remain open until approximately June 2025.

The total connection capacity of the portfolio is 50 MW with an energy capacity of 125 MWh. In the Finnish context, this makes the project one of the largest battery energy storage systems currently under development.

The minimum investment is €150,000.
